RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead daily boutique operations, ensuring a seamless, personalised, and elevated client experience.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed targets.
- Drive commercial performance through strong clienteling, CRM engagement, and KPI analysis.
- Maintain exceptional operational standards across stock control, workshop orders, bespoke timelines, and showroom presentation.

REQUIREMENTS
