About:

  • Deliver engaging training across our retail network, both in-store and at Head Office
  • Champion colleague development and support continuous learning initiatives
  • Build strong product knowledge across all Retail services
  • Coach colleagues on the shop floor to improve sales performance and customer experience
  • Support the implementation and evaluation of new learning initiatives
  • Create impactful learning materials using a variety of training methods and digital tools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience designing and delivering engaging learning and development programmes
  • Strong understanding of training needs analysis and tailored learning solutions
  • Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies
  • Confidence using digital learning tools and interactive training methods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
