About:
- Deliver engaging training across our retail network, both in-store and at Head Office
- Champion colleague development and support continuous learning initiatives
- Build strong product knowledge across all Retail services
- Coach colleagues on the shop floor to improve sales performance and customer experience
- Support the implementation and evaluation of new learning initiatives
- Create impactful learning materials using a variety of training methods and digital tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience designing and delivering engaging learning and development programmes
- Strong understanding of training needs analysis and tailored learning solutions
- Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies
- Confidence using digital learning tools and interactive training methods
