We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional ready to step into a Divisional Lead role within a Luxury Retail Agency in the Permanent Team. This will be someone who loves billing, leads by example, and knows how to build and inspire a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll run your own permanent desk, deliver consistent results, and set the standard for the division while shaping its future growth.
The Role
- Bill consistently and operate as a 360-recruitment consultant perm desk
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants
- Set the pace, standards, and culture for the division
- Drive performance through coaching
- Partner with senior leadership on strategy, growth, and hiring
- Build strong client relationships and win new business
- Be the go-to expert and role model for your market

You're a proven recruiter who's ready to lead, or already leading from the front.
