I'm currently partnering with a prestigious luxury Maison to recruit a Client Experience & Relationship Manager to join their London team.
- This is a unique opportunity for someone with an established background managing
- VIP and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client relationships
, developing strategic partnerships and creating exceptional bespoke client experiences.
The ideal candidate will come from one of the following backgrounds
- Luxury Hotels (Private Sales, VIP Sales or Guest Relations)
- Luxury Hospitality
- Luxury Retail
- Luxury Travel
- Family Offices
- Luxury Event Management
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP and UHNW clients.
- Develop bespoke client engagement strategies and personalised experiences.
- Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen the UHNW client portfolio.
- Build strategic partnerships within the luxury ecosystem.
- Support the delivery of exclusive events, private appointments and VIP experiences.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure an exceptional end-to-end client journey.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience working with VIP or UHNW clientele.
- Strong relationship management and networking skills.
- Experience within luxury, hospitality or other premium client-facing environments.
- A polished, professional and commercially minded approach.
- Confidence engaging with high-profile individuals and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM and client development is advantageous.
Arabic language skills would be highly beneficial but are not essential.
