About the Role

The New Business Sales Executive is responsible for visiting targeted London based Architecture + Design firms, both commercial and residential. This position is for someone who is adept at identifying opportunities and generating large volume projects. The role will service Architect + Design communities across London and the South East. As a local brand ambassador, the successful candidate will develop new business while maintaining existing accounts. The Architect & Design Sales Executive reports to the Showroom Manager. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative with outreach, experienced with high-end sales and well networked with the A+D community. Experienced in presenting, consummate in managing prestigious customers and have excellent sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Pursuing daily outreach to A+D community.
  • Identifying business opportunities.
  • Developing new business relationships.
  • Introducing new product range to existing client database.
  • Following up on quotes to ensure the customer is serviced and documents the outcome of the proposed solution.
  • Executing sales efforts in a professional manner assuring favourable impression of brand and products.
  • Developing and maintaining sales forecast to enable company to analyse market conditions.
  • Providing excellent client services & sales results.
  • Supporting and attending all business events and activities.
  • Maintaining and updating visit report, client contact database and project list.

  • Proven Sales history.
  • Experience in high-end design sales.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary up to £40,000 basic. Performance related Bonus & Commission. 25 days leave + Bank Holidays. Pension contribution.
