Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficiency, quality, and consistency of the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage employee relations and provide expert advice to managers on day-to-day people matters, grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
- Drive effective people management by identifying, mentoring, and developing talent across the organization; support performance management and improvement initiatives.
- Support the annual budget and forecasting processes; prepare monthly and annual HR reports in collaboration with the HR Operations & Administration team.
- Ensure the correct implementation of compensation & benefits policies, manage annual reward review process, identify retention risks, propose appropriate reward & retention actions.
- Lead litigation and disciplinary cases, supporting management during judicial and out-of-court mediation processes.
- Ensure full compliance with labour law, health and safety regulations, contractual obligations, and the company’s code of ethics.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager in an international environment.
- Retail experience is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of local labour law and demonstrated experience in managing employee litigations.
- Ability to influence and work effectively with key cross-functional partners and the senior leadership team across the organization.
- Outstanding customer focus and dedication to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-disciplined and motivated, used to work both strategically and hands-on balancing high quality long-term achievements and quick wins.
- Availability for frequent store visits and occasionally international travel.
