About:

Specialised in leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, jewellery, watches and ready-to-wear.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers entering the store and introduce to the relevant team member.
Plan appointments & coordinate the agenda of the day and personally welcome customers entering the store.
Manage waiting time appropriately and reassure customers, when possible, offer a seat, prepare, and serve refreshments/teas/coffees for customers.
Requirements:
Well groomed, well spoken, warm and friendly personality.
Experience working in luxury fast paste environment, preferably from a hospitality background.
Experience managing queues, taking orders, bookings, reservations in high end hotels, restaurants, cabin crew etc.
