Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with customers entering the store and introduce to the relevant team member.
- Plan appointments & coordinate the agenda of the day and personally welcome customers entering the store.
- Manage waiting time appropriately and reassure customers, when possible, offer a seat, prepare, and serve refreshments/teas/coffees for customers.
Requirements
- Well groomed, well spoken, warm and friendly personality.
- Experience working in luxury fast paste environment, preferably from a hospitality background.
- Experience managing queues, taking orders, bookings, reservations in high end hotels, restaurants, cabin crew etc.
