Head of Permanent UK, Retail & Head Office

About:

We are partnered with a Global Luxury womenswear brand renowned for their refined RTW and Tailoring. We are looking for a Head of Retail to oversee the Flagship store and lead on all retail activities to strive for growth and expansion. With an entrepreneurial spirit, you will drive and develop a high performing team to achieve retail excellence, ensure a best in class client experience and be responsible for International trunk shows.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieves business objectives and can develop solid strategic plans to strive for growth and expansion.
  • Drives a client centric ethos with a strong focus on CRM. Possesses a deep understanding of existing customer base and ability to elevate a new client base.
  • Lead the retail calendar for International trunk shows, creating, executing and following up to ensure a focus on strategy and results.
  • Oversee store performance to achieve operational excellence.
  • Assess team performance and ensure the sales team possess a deep understanding of luxury to enhance product knowledge, styling and tailoring expertise, and sales ability.

Qualities:

  • Proven experience within a Senior Retail Leadership role, ideally minimum of 10 years.
  • Solid background within Luxury Fashion – RTW / Tailoring.
  • Commercially aware with strong business acumen.
  • Proven ability of successfully leading International trunk shows.
  • A flair for managing, coaching and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills – Fluent in English.
  • Enjoys fast paced, dynamic environment, able to travel frequently for Trunk shows.
  • A Passion for Luxury Fashion and Tailoring, Art, Culture & Lifestyle.
