We are partnered with a Luxury Global Womenswear brand who are seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Trading Manager. This is an integral role within a company in large scale up mode. You will be responsible for driving online sales growth, optimising digital merchandising, and enhancing the customer journey across the online platform.
Responsibilities:
- Closely monitor trading performance, analysing and identifying opportunities to maximise sales and growth.
- Oversee digital visual merchandising, collaborating with the buying team to ensure consistency across brand presentation and product presentation.
- Collaborate with marketing to align promotional activities and campaign planning.
- Manage product lifecycle from production through to launch, with excellent communication between all teams.
- Analyse customer behaviour data to influence trading decisions and improve conversion rates.
- Create regular trading reports and provide insights to key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Optimise email segmentation and personalisation to improve customer lifetime value.
Qualities:
- Ideally 3 years ecommerce experience within luxury womenswear fashion.
- Highly analytical, data driven in approach to decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to lead and influence.
- Enjoys fast paced environment, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Expert knowledge in Excel, Shopify Plus and Klaviyo.
