About the Role - We are seeking a creative and strategic creative content lead who is a pro at Art Direction, Videography and can manage Socials to elevate digital presence across key social platforms whilst supporting broader content marketing initiatives. This role combines social media expertise with high end sophisticated content creation for multiple platforms ensuring consistent brand alignment and messaging across digital and print channels.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

You must have demonstrable experience across luxury fashion brands preferably luxury clothing womens fashion or a well known PR /Social agency who work with high end fashion brands, you must also be open to working on site full time (Saville Row) these are essential requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Create engaging content that aligns with our luxury brand positioning and drives engagement.
  • Manage content calendar and coordinate photoshoots for all creative campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Collaborate with PR agency to identify and amplify organic press coverage and media opportunities.
  • Support email marketing campaigns with creative design input.
  • Assist in designing print materials including lookbooks and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with digital and performance marketing teams to amplify advertising campaigns.
  • Champion brand consistency and visual identity across all online and offline channels.
  • Monitor social media metrics and prepare performance reports.
  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices in luxury fashion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience as a social media coordinator either across PR agency, luxury goods or fashion.
  • Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills.

Pay range and compensation package - Salary up to £50,000 basic. Performance related Bonus. Private Health plan. Clothing discount. 25 days leave + Bank Holidays. Pension contribution. One full paid day to volunteer.
