An iconic Italian furniture house is seeking a passionate and design-driven Client Advisor for its prestigious Central London showroom. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-focused professional with a strong understanding of interiors, luxury lifestyle, and personalised client service.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in premium or luxury retail – interiors or design-led environments preferred
  • Interior Design education/experience highly desirable, or proven ability as a top luxury “shark” seller
  • Confident using design and rendering tools to build client projects
  • Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
  • Polished presentation, positive energy, and a consultative sales approach
  • Stable career path; frequent job changes may be a disqualifying factor

About the Role:

As a true Brand Ambassador, you will represent the heritage, values, and harmonious design philosophy of this leading Italian brand. Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving personal and showroom sales targets
  • Managing quotations and nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Delivering a refined, story-driven customer experience
  • Cross-selling and promoting the “Total Living” concept across categories
  • Ensuring strong after-sales care and timely follow-up
  • Maintaining impeccable visual standards and brand image
