Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers entering the store and introduce them to the relevant team member.
- Plan appointments and coordinate the agenda of the day, personally welcoming customers entering the store.
- Manage waiting time appropriately and reassure customers; when possible, offer a seat and prepare and serve refreshments/teas/coffees for customers.
Requirements:
- Well groomed, well spoken, warm and friendly personality.
