About: We are partnered with a Global Luxury Womenswear brand renowned for their refined Tailoring & Ready-to-Wear, dedicated to bespoke craftsmanship and timeless elegance.
We are looking for a PR & Events Manager to join them during a pivotal time to lead brand visibility, client engagement, and strategic initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with the Founder and should have the ability to manage a dynamic event, press, and celebrity relations landscape.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated PR, marketing, and event strategies aligned with brand vision.
Work closely with the founder, supporting and translating their vision into compelling campaigns and activations.
Liaise with external PR agencies & press representatives to maximize coverage /opportunities.
Cultivate and leverage a Rolodex of high-profile clients, celebrities, and media contacts in the UK, US, and globally.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee in-store events, trunk shows & high-profile public appearances.
Handle press relations, including dressing celebrities and liaising with profile publications such as CN, NYT, Telegraph, Times, and other elite outlets.
Manage media outreach, including mailers, press releases, and press previews.
Oversee budgets for PR campaigns, events, and activations, with the ability to predict and aggregate costs effectively.
Ensure successful execution of brand activations, including celebrity dressing and influencer collaborations.
Provide detailed reports & analysis on PR and marketing effectiveness to founder and COO.
Travel for events - local, international, or both is essential.
Qualities: Strong background in luxury PR, marketing, or brand management, preferably in fashion or tailoring.
Extensive media connections and experience working with high-profile publications and outlets (CN, NYT, Telegraph, Times, HNWI profile publications).
Demonstrable experience with celebrity dressing, talent sourcing, and influencer collaborations.
Proven ability to execute a brand vision across multiple channels, from press and events to digital marketing.
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously.
Knowledge of UK and US media landscapes with extensive contacts highly desirable.
Ability to predict costs, manage budgets, and negotiate with agencies or vendors.
Exceptional planning skills for future events, activations, and campaigns.
Flexibility and confidence to lots of travel as required.
In-depth understanding of luxury fashion, celebrity culture, and high-net-worth client preferences, strong network of industry contacts, media, and influencers.
