Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales performance.
• Take responsibility for opening and closing the store and ensuring all operational procedures are followed.
• Support, coach and motivate the team to achieve individual and store targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent clientelling and personalised service.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory control to ensure the sales floor is always well presented.
• Support with administrative tasks, cash handling and daily reporting.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Senior Sales Associate or Supervisor within premium or luxury retail, ideally in menswear.
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience with opening and closing procedures and supporting daily store operations.
• A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work independently when required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury fashion and a genuine interest in menswear.
