About the Brand
As a Supervisor in this flagship countryside boutique, you will represent a heritage luxury brand. You will support the Boutique Manager in leading the team, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience, while helping drive sales performance and promoting the brand locally. Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations, helping ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently met
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming store environment
- Uphold visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
- Assist with stock management, including deliveries, inventory, and replenishment
- Ensure health, safety, and operational procedures are maintained to the highest standard
- Support and coach team members to develop skills and maintain performance
Profile & Experience
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within luxury retail
- Proven ability to support sales and achieve commercial goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
