Responsibilities

  • Lead the boutique's overall commercial performance, team development, and daily operations
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a team of 9 to deliver exceptional service and consistently exceed sales targets
  • Drive VIP clienteling strategies, hosting client events and building long-term client relationships
  • Oversee P&L performance, stock management, visual merchandising standards, and operational excellence

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing luxury fashion boutiques, ideally across both menswear and womenswear
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and managing VIP clientele
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of RTW collections, fashion trends, and luxury service standards
