STORE MANAGER – FLAGSHIP BOUTIQUE CHELSEA – SALARY UP TO £48000 + BONUS

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive and exceed sales targets by developing a high-performance sales and service culture
- Champion clienteling initiatives and ensure seamless, luxury-level service
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on KPIs and succession planning
- Oversee daily operations, visual merchandising, stock management, and Model Store compliance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Store Manager in premium/luxury retail
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing successful clienteling strategies
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to build and retain a motivated team
- Solid commercial acumen, understanding of retail KPIs, and experience managing store P&L
- Confident in navigating store systems, managing rotas, and upholding brand standards
