About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join a prestigious luxury multibrand boutique on Fulham Road.
This is a top-performing location offering a curated selection of international designer brands alongside its own luxury collection. We are seeking an established luxury sales professional with a strong client book, excellent clienteling skills and a proven track record of delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalised luxury client experience.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with an established client base.
- Proactively generate business through appointments, outreach and clienteling.
- Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of luxury fashion, styling and current collections.
- Support VIP appointments and key store events.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and brand representation.
- Work collaboratively within a team of approximately 10.
About You
- Significant sales experience within luxury fashion or a premium multibrand environment.
- An established and transferable client book is essential.
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven record of achieving targets.
- Confident in CRM, clienteling and proactive outreach.
- Polished, professional and highly customer-focused.
- Able to build trusted relationships with a discerning clientele.
- This is a senior-level position and is not suitable for junior candidates.
