We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Service Ambassador to join a prestigious luxury retail environment in London. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building long-term client relationships, and working within a refined and high-performing luxury retail environment.

The Role

As a Sales & Service Ambassador, you will provide a personalised and memorable experience for every client entering the store. You will contribute to the overall success of the boutique by delivering excellent service, building client relationships, and supporting sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with customers
  • Support the achievement of store sales targets
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge across categories
  • Ensure the boutique is presented to the highest standards
  • Accurately capture and maintain client information
  • Support stock organisation and store operations

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience within luxury retail, premium retail, or high-end hospitality
  • Strong passion for client experience and service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced/demanding setting

Additional Information

  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
  • Candidates must be available to attend induction on 11th May
  • No holidays booked until July
  • Openness to Fixed-Term Contract roles
