Retail Trainer – Learning & Development – Premium Menswear Brand Hybrid role, Monday – Friday. Locations: North & North West, Midlands stores.

Overview

  • Deliver engaging training across our retail network, both in-store and at Head Office.
  • Champion colleague development and support continuous learning initiatives.
  • Build strong product knowledge across all retail services.
  • Coach colleagues on the shop floor to improve sales performance and customer experience.
  • Support the implementation and evaluation of new learning initiatives.
  • Create impactful learning materials using a variety of training methods and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging learning and development programmes.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and tailor learning solutions.
  • Apply knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.
