We are partnering with a prestigious fine jewellery environment within a leading London department store to recruit an experienced and motivated Team / Department Manager. This role blends hands-on leadership, client development, and commercial responsibility, ensuring an exceptional luxury experience at every stage of the client journey. Experience managing larger teams is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed targets
- Oversee daily department operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and KPI performance tracking
- Deliver outstanding client service, building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-value clients
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and structured training
- Support and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and exclusive client events
Requirements:
- Proven management experience within fine jewellery or high-value luxury retail, ideally managing larger teams
- GIA, FGA, or equivalent gemmology qualification highly desirable
- Strong expertise in luxury clienteling and commercial sales strategy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities
- Genuine passion for fine jewellery and delivering a premium client experience
