Sales Associate - Luxury Fashion
Location: Chelsea, London
Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £26,732 per annum (£12.85 per hour)
Commission: 0.5%-1%
Start date: 1 September
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Associate to join a top-performing luxury fashion store in Chelsea.
We are looking for a commercially driven retail professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, building a loyal client base and achieving strong sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised and elevated client experience.
- Build long-term client relationships through effective clienteling.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Proactively identify new business and sales opportunities.
- Maintain excellent product and brand knowledge.
- Support the team in maintaining exceptional store standards.

- Previous experience within luxury or premium fashion retail.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.

- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
