We are partnering with a prestigious luxury beauty and fragrance house to recruit a passionate Client Advisor for its London boutique. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused retail professional who is passionate about luxury, beauty, fragrance, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The Role

As a Client Advisor, you will act as a true brand ambassador, welcoming clients into the boutique and providing a personalised and memorable shopping experience. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and luxury client experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through clientelling and CRM activities.
  • Develop expert knowledge across fragrance, skincare, and beauty collections.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximise sales performance.
  • Support omni‐channel initiatives and client engagement strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Assist with stock management, inventory control, and operational duties.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new product launches.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience within luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, or premium retail.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong clientelling and relationship‐building skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution‐oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
