Head of Sales & Private Client Manager
£65,000 + Commission | Central London
We are looking for an entrepreneurial commercial leader to work directly with the Founder and help build a distinctive new luxury house.
This is a hands‑on role focused on driving sales, building private client relationships and developing international wholesale and commercial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategy
- Build private client and collector relationships
- Open international luxury wholesale accounts
- Develop partnerships with retailers, galleries, hotels, designers and cultural institutions
- Lead private appointments at the showroom
- Manage the sales pipeline, CRM and client experience
- Identify new revenue opportunities and help build AOI's future commercial team
About You
- 5-10+ years' experience in luxury sales, PR, wholesale, business development or private client
- Strong existing network of luxury buyers, collectors or decision-makers
- Proven track record of generating revenue
- Passionate about luxury, craftsmanship, fashion, art and design
- Entrepreneurial, commercially driven and comfortable working directly with a Founder
- Confident representing exceptional products to high-value clients
