Salary: Β£27,000 + 8% Bonus
About
Leading British Jeweller ethically creating bespoke fine jewellery. Based in their luxury workshop and showrooms in central London.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, timely, and personalised assistance to customers in person and via email and phone addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups, generate shipping labels, and prepare packages for dispatch, ensuring orders are shipped out promptly.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards, and address any discrepancies or issues that arise.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and customer-focused attitude, and the ability to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in order processing, inventory management, and shipping activities, to ensure error-free execution of tasks.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, software applications, and e-commerce platforms for order processing, customer management, and inventory tracking.
Offering
- Salary Β£27,000
- Commission + Bonus + amazing benefits.
- Monday to Friday – 1 Saturday per month – 2 Days working from Home and 3 days in the office.
