Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, attentive service to each customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience that reflects the brand\’s values.
• Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships.
• Demonstrate product knowledge in all categories.
• Assist with yearly stock audits.
• Closing and opening the boutique when required.
• Responsible for cash, card, and till transactions.
• Ensure the visual merchandising is immaculate.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail, sales, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in children\’s wear.
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
• Energetic, confident, and target-driven attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.
