Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales performance, and inspiring a team within a luxury retail environment. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, ideal for a dynamic leader with a passion for client experience and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations, including stock control, VM standards, and compliance.
