Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales performance, and inspiring a team within a luxury retail environment. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, ideal for a dynamic leader with a passion for client experience and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including stock control, VM standards, and compliance.
- Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained across all touchpoints.
- Act as a key holder and take responsibility for the store in the Manager's absence.
Requirements
