RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and commercial performance.
- Lead from the front on the shopfloor, delivering consistently exceptional client experiences.
- Coach, motivate, and develop a team of 7 to achieve and exceed KPIs and targets.
- Drive individual and store performance through hands-on selling and clienteling.
- Maintain high standards across VM, stock management, and operational excellence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a Senior Sales, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager position.
- Energetic, dynamic, and naturally motivating leadership style.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, commercial performance, and team development.
- Hands-on, shopfloor-focused approach with a passion for luxury selling.
