We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join a prestigious luxury boutique in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven professional with a passion for luxury retail, exceptional customer service, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised and memorable client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Provide expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
- Support clienteling activities and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Ensure the boutique is presented to the highest standards.
- Assist with stock management, inventory control, and online order processing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive the overall success of the boutique.

- 2-3 years' experience in luxury or premium retail.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
