We are looking for a naturally engaging and commercially driven individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and building long-term relationships working in the fine jewellery sector.
Requirements
- Welcoming and engaging clients in a warm, professional and confident manner
- Understanding individual client needs and providing personalised product recommendations
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Delivering a consistently exceptional level of customer service
- Achieving and exceeding individual and boutique sales targets
- Using your product knowledge to confidently communicate the design, craftsmanship and heritage behind each piece
- Developing a strong understanding of fine jewellery, diamonds, gemstones and luxury collections
- Supporting client appointments, special occasions and high-value purchases
- Following up with clients to encourage repeat business and develop your personal client book
- Maintaining the highest standards of visual presentation and boutique standards
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve commercial and customer experience objectives
- Keeping up to date with new collections, product launches and developments within the luxury jewellery market
- Fluent English and right to work in the UK
