When you join our client as a Supervisor in Uxbridge at The Pavilions Shopping Centre, you will become a key member of the store management team and a role model for Sales Assistants. You will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring the team remains focused, engaged, and performing to their full potential. You'll also have opportunities to run the store independently during periods of management absence, including holidays and days off.
You will play an important role in coaching, motivating, and developing colleagues while helping to maintain exceptional store standards and deliver outstanding customer service.
We're looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, customer-focused, and passionate about retail. Ideally, you'll live within 30-45 minutes of the store and be flexible to work the shift patterns required by the business, particularly during the peak trading period from October to December. Weekend key-holder cover is an essential part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
As a 20-hour Supervisor, your duties will include:
Opening and closing the store, including Sunday shifts on a rota basis.
Running the store effectively in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, including cash handling, till reconciliations, and customer refunds.
Leading by example and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve sales and service objectives.
Supporting the implementation of promotions and maintaining strong commercial awareness.
Assisting with stock management, deliveries, merchandising, stockroom organisation, and reducing stock loss.
