Salary: £27,500 – £37,000 (depending on experience / level)

Monthly bonus: up to 10%

Full UK driving licence required to drive company vans (max 6 points).

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire additional Installation Engineers across both standard and senior level.

The Opportunity:

This is a hands-on, UK site-based role where you'll be part of a team delivering installation, commissioning, and service support across a range of electrical projects in the renewable energy sector. You won't be stuck behind a desk – this role is about getting involved, working on-site, and building solid technical experience within a supportive team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Installing and commissioning electrical equipment
  • Supporting service and maintenance work on-site
  • Reading and working from electrical schematics
  • Assisting with technical queries during project delivery
  • Working as part of a collaborative team environment
  • At Senior level – supporting and guiding junior engineers

What They're Looking For:

  • Experience within installation and/or service environments
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
  • Exposure to testing and commissioning (training can be provided)
  • Typically mechanically biased, with a good understanding of electrical systems

Qualifications:

  • ECS Gold Card (preferred)
  • 18th Edition Level 3 qualification (electrical or mechanical)
