We're looking for a commercially driven and hands-on Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy self-storage site. The Role
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance, occupancy, and profitability, while ensuring the store is run safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll lead from the front, developing your team and optimising every opportunity to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales, occupancy, and revenue growth against targets
- Oversee and execute local marketing and sales activity plans
- Manage and respond to all enquiries, maximising conversion rates
- Monitor performance and coach your team to improve sales and service standards
- Maintain strong knowledge of local competition and market trends
- Ensure the store is presented to a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism
