We are recruiting for a leading provider of Art and décor brand who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join their team working from their Winchester gallery within the heart of the city. Our client is a market leader in their field, providing high end quality Fine Art and are due to previous success, are undergoing a huge period of growth. They are looking for an ambitious Gallery/Sales Manager who can lead and inspire a small team, whilst ensuring a customer centric experience for all customers. They offer a thorough training programme to help you fulfil your potential as well as long term career opportunities for those who are driven to achieve.
You will build and establish strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding what pieces would appeal to them, and letting them know when work from desirable artists becomes available. The company also have several celebrity artists on their books, and you will have the chance to partner with them promoting their work.
Responsibilities:- Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Continuously develop product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales goals
- Accurately record and manage customer information and sales data
- Proven track record of consistent sales achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others with current or previous managerial experience

- Knowledge of home Fine Art and décor is desirable
As a Fine Art Sales Manager, you will receive a competitive salary package, including a basic salary and commission. Uncapped commission means £60K+ is possible for star performers within this role and we will guarantee a first year salary of £50K to make sure you are rewarded for your hard work from day one. You will also receive ongoing training and development opportunities to further your career.
This role requires candidates who are happy to work two out of every three weekends as part of their role. The potential to earn high levels of OTE will come with this flexibility, and you will have the chance to work with millions of pounds worth of product per year.
