Our Thurrock showroom only opened in November and is already on track for a £4m turnover. This isn’t a "standing around" role; this is a 14,000 sq ft powerhouse that needs a high-energy leader to drive conversion and dominate the floor.
The Role
- Lead by Example: You’ll spend your time on the floor, not in an office. You’ll be closing big-ticket deals and showing the team how it’s done.
- Drive Conversion: You’ll identify missed opportunities and coach the team in real-time to increase average order values.
- Culture Builder: We pride ourselves on a relaxed, collaborative vibe but we are unashamedly target-driven. You’ll keep the energy high and the numbers higher.
