  • Provide technical mentoring and support to field-based engineers.
  • Investigate recurring faults and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and service performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and best-practice resources.
  • Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve technical challenges.
  • Occasionally attend customer sites when required to support major breakdowns, complex investigations, or training activities.

About You:

We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience in Field Service Engineering, Technical Support Engineering, Service Engineering, Maintenance Engineering or Electrical, Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Equipment.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Significant multi-skilled engineering experience.

  • The confidence to advise both customers and engineers on complex technical issues.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and support cases effectively.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach.

What's in it for You?

This is an opportunity to take your field engineering experience and apply it in a more strategic and technically influential role. You'll become a trusted technical expert, supporting customers, mentoring engineers, and helping drive continuous improvement across the wider service operation. If you're an experienced engineer who enjoys troubleshooting, solving complex technical challenges, and supporting others to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
