23 days holiday, pension, life assurance We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee day-to-day repairs and void property works within a busy maintenance team. You will lead a team of operatives, ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety and efficiency while delivering repairs and planned works. Key Responsibilities: Manage operatives and monitor performance
Scope, survey and price works using schedules of rates
Oversee health and safety and deliver toolbox talks
Ensure vehicles, stock and equipment are maintained
Handle performance reviews, absence management and investigations
Support reactive maintenance and planned works across contracts
Maintain strong customer and tenant relationships
Requirements: NVQ or equivalent in a trade discipline
Full UK driving licence – please inform us of any points if so
Strong technical knowledge across building maintenance and construction
5+ years\’ experience in maintenance, with 2 years in a supervisory role
Good IT skills and job management system knowledge
SSSTS and scaffold inspection certificates desirable
This is a hands-on, varied role requiring excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills. Flexibility and a proactive mindset are essential.
