Who Are They Looking For?
They have a rare opportunity for a part-time Marketing Executive to join their friendly team on a permanent basis, based at their Head Office in Tytherington, Macclesfield. This role offers flexibility, with a blend of office-based and hybrid working. The position is ideally suited to three days per week; however, they're open to flexibility if that doesn't quite fit, let's have a conversation. What Does the Role Involve?
Our client has a well-established brand, as Marketing Executive, you will have the autonomy to further strengthen and elevate their brand across digital and social channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Sales and Marketing Director in delivering the overall marketing strategy
- Collaborating with the Head of Talent and Engagement to enhance the People Strategy and strengthen company culture
- Leading the development and approval of creative assets, including promotional materials, website content, and campaigns
- Playing a key role in bids and tenders, showcasing our client to prospective clients
- Managing marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and reporting insights to the executive team
- Creating and delivering engaging content and social media plans
- Coordinating the company’s presence at events, including trade shows and conferences
- Proposing and managing research projects to generate customer insights and inform strategy
- Supporting sustainability initiatives; experience or interest in ESG and helping drive their ESG Manifesto would be advantageous
What Does Success Look Like?
You will thrive on collaboration and bring energy to driving marketing initiatives forward. Success in this role means seeing campaigns and projects brought to life and delivering measurable impact. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Director, you will review performance, refine campaigns, and report outcomes to the executive team. With a busy year ahead, your focus will centre on strengthening their Employer Value Proposition and positioning our client as an employer of choice. You'll work closely with teams across the business, including Operations and People. You will also play an active role in supporting their ESG working group, helping to deliver initiatives that contribute to their sustainability ambitions.
