Due to exciting growth we are looking to recruit for a
Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud)
who will be responsible for developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining existing and new features in the company Salesforce and Contact Centre platform.
The
Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud)
will work closely with business representatives, IT colleagues and scrum teams to translate user stories into high-quality Salesforce solutions that support effective service delivery and continuous improvement.
On a daily basis the
Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud)
will be responsible for: Translate user stories into functional, scalable Salesforce solutions in line with Salesforce best practice.
Develop, integrate, test and maintain features across Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and the Contact Centre platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical design, requirements, limitations and implementation plans.
Carry out unit, integration and performance testing, investigating and resolving issues identified during testing.
Support day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user access, security, custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, Apex and integrations.
To be considered for the role of
Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud)
you should have experience Proven Salesforce development experience, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Strong technical capability in Apex development, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows and process automation.
A solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including permission sets, sharing rules, roles and profiles.
Experience of CI/CD tools, deployment processes and end-to-end Salesforce project delivery.
