We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing broadband provider for Field Sales Executives to join their expanding team across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. This is a high-energy, field-based role focused on door-to-door customer acquisition. It's ideal for confident, target-driven individuals who enjoy face-to-face selling and want to maximise their earning potential.

The Role

  • Selling full fibre broadband services directly to customers door-to-door
  • Working within a designated local territory (placed close to home where possible)
  • Using mapping tools to plan and maximise daily activity
  • Engaging customers, building rapport, and closing sales on the doorstep
  • Recording outcomes for every visit (sale, callback, not home, etc.)
  • Managing your own time and pipeline effectively

What You'll Need

  • Previous field sales / door-to-door / direct sales experience (preferred)
  • Confidence speaking to customers face-to-face
  • Highly target-driven and motivated by commission
  • Strong self-discipline and ability to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
