A leading self storage company is looking for two motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisors to join their busy Call Centre team in Brentford.

The Role As a Call Centre Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about self storage services. You'll guide customers through the available options, answer questions, and help them find the right storage solution for their needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling inbound sales and customer service enquiries
Identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable storage options
Converting enquiries into bookings and sales
Building strong customer relationships through excellent service
Updating customer information accurately on internal systems
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Supporting wider business and operational requirements when needed
Working Pattern This is a 20-hour per week position operating on a 4-day rota .
You'll work:
Saturday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am to 4:00pm
One weekday shift each week
Flexibility is required to support business needs.
