Location: Ashton-Under-Lyne
Salary: £31,000 + Bonus
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £45,500 for top performers
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30–17:30 (40 hours)

We\’re looking for a Hire Sales Executive to join a leading equipment hire company, based within one of our partner builder\’s merchant branches. This isn\’t furniture sales — you\’ll be the trusted expert helping contractors and tradespeople find the right tools and machinery to get the job done efficiently.

What the role involves:

• Assisting walk-in customers and contractors with their equipment hire needs

• Recommending suitable tools and machinery from a trusted hire range

• Offering expert advice to support customers\’ projects

• Building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business

• Contributing to branch targets through a helpful, consultative sales approach

What we\’re looking for:

• Sales experience in phone-based roles, retail, tool hire, or similar customer-facing environments

• Confident communicators who enjoy solving problems and providing excellent service

• Motivated individuals keen to grow their career in a specialist hire setting
