We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer & Surveyor in the Hemel Hempstead area to join a growing, well-established business. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in furniture or big-box sales who are looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver complete kitchen design solutions as a Kitchen Designer & Surveyor
- Conduct accurate on-site surveys across Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly
- Provide expert advice on layouts, materials, and finishes
- Combine design expertise with a commercially focused sales approach
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer & Surveyor
- Experience undertaking site surveys
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in furniture or big-box sales highly desirable
Package & Hours:
- Salary £30,000–£33,000
- Bonus structure £20,000–£25,000
- Hours: Monday–Friday 07:30–17:00, Saturday 08:00–12:00 (46 hours per week)
