Enterprise Deployment Consultant – £30,000 – £35,000 + Benefits + Hybrid Working

Based out of Warrington, our Enterprise Deployment Consultant will be leading the implementation and deployment of Talos360\’s ATS solutions for enterprise-level clients. This role requires a high level of project management, stakeholder engagement, and solution design expertise. The Enterprise Deployment Consultant acts as the key point of contact during onboarding and ensures that complex customer requirements are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Enterprise Deployment Consultant – Responsibilities

– Lead end-to-end enterprise ATS deployments, managing multiple stakeholders across client and internal teams

– Define and maintain project scope, timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities

– Facilitate internal and client-facing project meetings

– Escalate risks and issues appropriately, offering mitigation and resolution options

– Conduct detailed discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand recruitment processes, integrations, compliance needs, and business goals

– Act as the bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams (Product, Development, Support) to ensure accurate and scalable solutions

– Oversee system configuration and build handover with technical teams

– Provide clear guidance on issue resolution and ensure client happiness ahead of sign-off

– Support enterprise clients in planning cascade training and internal rollout strategies

– Advise on change management and adoption strategies

– Maintain clear, auditable records of project decisions, changes, and outcomes within Intercom, Salesforce, and ActiveCollab

Enterprise Deployment Consultant – Required Skills

– Proven experience in deploying complex SaaS solutions within large or enterprise organisations

– Strong project management capabilities – ideally with experience using project management frameworks

– Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and manage their expectations

– High level of competence with tools such as Salesforce, Intercom, and project collaboration platforms

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present solutions

– Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to troubleshoot or challenge requirements

– Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment

– Background in ATS/HR tech implementation or recruitment transformation projects would be advantageous

– Understanding of enterprise procurement, compliance, and data governance considerations

This role plays a pivotal part in the customer lifecycle, ensuring a strong foundation is built for long-term success and product adoption. The role is hybrid, with Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday office based, and Wednesday, Friday work from home options.
