Location: Swindon

Salary: £26,000 + Bonus

On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £45,500 for top performers

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to join a leading premium furniture company, based in their purpose built office in Swindon. This isn’t usual sales — you’ll be the trusted expert helping customers choose their next pieces and helping them achieve their dream design and interior goals.

What the role involves:

• Assisting customers on their design journey
• Recommending suitable products from an extensive range
• Offering expert advice to support customers’ projects
• Building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business
• Contributing to team targets through a helpful, consultative sales approach

Sales Executive, What we’re looking for:

• Sales experience in phone-based roles, retail, tool hire, or similar customer-facing environments
• Confident communicators who enjoy solving problems and providing excellent service
• Motivated individuals keen to grow their career in a specialist hire setting
