Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to exceed sales targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service and in-store experience
• Drive profitability through effective processes, controls, and operational excellence
• Uphold Health & Safety standards and ensure a safe working environment
• Promote the brand’s values and unique selling points
• Collaborate with Area and Senior Managers to share performance insights and plans
