Job Description
Showroom Fitter – North West / Yorkshire
Based out of Warrington Showroom
Monday to Friday 8am until 5:00pm
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Merchandiser to join our team, supporting trade, contract, after-sales, and retail showroom operations across the North West and Yorkshire. This role involves maintaining high-quality product displays, resolving customer issues, and ensuring our showrooms and client sites are presented to the highest standard. You will work closely with the trade department, visiting multiple locations within your allocated region, and may also provide occasional support in warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities• Remove and refit product displays across allocated sites• Assemble tile boards, fittings, and showroom fixtures• Install cistern internals, WC hinges, seats, and related components• Carry out accurate product installations• Hang and adjust doors• Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting• Conduct basic repairs and tiling work following training• Apply products correctly during fittings and installations• Assist in warehouse operations when required• Ensure showroom shelves are stocked and displays are well-presented• Undertake any reasonable tasks requested by the Commercial Manager
Skills and Attributes• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities• Able to work independently and manage tight deadlines• Excellent attention to detail• Flexible, disciplined, and adaptable to varied tasks
Qualifications and Requirements• Good literacy and numeracy skills• Full valid driving licence• NVQ Level 2 in Wall and Floor Tiling (advantageous but not essential)
