Due to exciting growth we are looking to recruit for a Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud) who will be responsible for developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining existing and new features in the company Salesforce and Contact Centre platform.
The Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud) will work closely with business representatives, IT colleagues and scrum teams to translate user stories into high-quality Salesforce solutions that support effective service delivery and continuous improvement.
On a daily basis the Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud) will be responsible for: Translate user stories into functional, scalable Salesforce solutions in line with Salesforce best practice.
Develop, integrate, test and maintain features across Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and the Contact Centre platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical design, requirements, limitations and implementation plans.
Carry out unit, integration and performance testing, investigating and resolving issues identified during testing.
